Return & Exchange Policy

At Lavaro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all kids wear products.

• No returns or refunds are accepted.

• Only size or defect-related exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days via call or email – thelavaro1@gmail.com

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
